At TTS Armament, we are committed to providing high-quality, American-made tactical equipment and components to our customers in a timely and secure manner. By placing an order with TTS Armament, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. General Shipping Information
Shipping is handled by TTS Armament, a DBA of Thompson & Smith Industries, LLC. All orders are shipped from our facilities in Tennessee. We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible; however, transit times are provided as estimates by the carriers and are not guaranteed. TTS Armament is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, sales, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our shop in Tennessee.
- Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Custom/Machined Items: Items requiring custom machining or finish work may have specific lead times as noted on the individual product pages.
3. FFL Shipments & Compliance
Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The customer is responsible for providing the FFL information. Non-face-to-face transactions are conducted in accordance with all federal and state regulations. All regulated shipments originate from 600 Raysville Rd, Tullahoma, TN 37388. We will verify the FFL’s license before any regulated shipment occurs. We do not ship regulated items directly to non-licensed individuals.
4. Firearms and Regulated Items (FFL Requirements)
In accordance with the Gun Control Act (GCA), all regulated items (such as complete firearms, serialized frames, or receivers) must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
- FFL Information at Checkout: You must provide the FFL’s contact information during checkout (or promptly after purchase if requested).
- Verification: We will not ship until we have a valid copy of the receiving FFL’s license on file and verified.
- Adult Signature: All shipments containing regulated items or high-value equipment will require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
5. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. We utilize major carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We reserve the right to select or change the carrier at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. TTS Armament is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address corrections or reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Risk of Loss and Damaged Shipments
- Transfer of Risk: All items purchased from TTS Armament are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier (F.O.B. Shipping Point).
- Carrier Responsibility / Lost Packages: Once the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) takes possession, they are responsible for delivery. If your package is lost, contact us and the carrier immediately.
- Delivered but Missing / Stolen Packages: TTS Armament is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend customers provide a secure delivery location.
- Damaged Shipments: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photographs before opening. Contact TTS Armament within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage so that we may assist in facilitating a claim with the carrier.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend selecting shipping insurance for high-value orders.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
