By making a purchase on ttsarmament.com, you agree to the following Refund and Returns Policy.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Firearms, receivers, and frames (once transferred).
- Ammunition.
- Items showing signs of installation, use, or modification.
- Custom-machined or “built-to-order” products.
3. RESTOCKING FEES
Returns for “changed mind” or “ordered wrong part” are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If we messed up or the part is defective, we’ll cover it. Contact us immediately at our contact page. We will either repair the item, replace it, or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us through the website with your order number. Do not ship items back without an authorized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
